What is a Discovery Workshop?

TxMQ’s “Discovery” process is a one-day customizable workshop with subject matter experts that aims to identify areas of opportunity for better alignment between your IT Services with your business needs. The Discovery process starts with a multipoint inspection discussion and a Discovery Questionnaire covering a broad range of topics, including technical platform pain points, software, critical applications, IT processes and IT project portfolio. The goal is to determine where your organization is today with respect to these topics and where you’d like it to be tomorrow and then to outline the road map to help you make the successful journey. At the conclusion of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to identify areas that are most relevant, and TxMQ will continue to work with you over a 12-to-24-month period to ensure that the identified goals are met and that IT is delivering value where it is needed most.
